Returns Policy

Unless stated otherwise (for instance for a specific deal), you have 14 days, from the date you receive the item. All items must be returned unused and in the original packaging as they where when you received them. Please ensure that when you receive an item that you take reasonable care of it when trying it /inspecting it eg. please ensure that any security seals or tags are still intact.

Wrong Items

We're sorry if you received the wrong item. We'll help you fix this quickly. To get a refund or replacement, please contact ben@elanahealth.co. We will help you with the process. We will ask for the item to be returned in the same condition as you received it within 14 days of receiving it.

Damaged or faulty items:

We're sorry if you received a damaged or faulty item. We know this is frustrating and we want to help as soon as possible. If you think the item is faulty, please let us know (ben@elanahealth.co) what the issue is as soon as possible. We'll advise you on what to do next. Our Returns Policy for faulty items ensures your statutory rights are upheld.

Item not received:

We're sorry if you haven't received your item yet. This is uncommon, and we want to help you as quickly as possible. To get a refund or replacement, please let us know within 21 days of receiving our email confirming your item's dispatch that you haven't received it.

Your statutory rights:
